    • 24/7 ordering with flexible fulfillment - Place orders anytime and pick up at your preferred HPM location, with contractor delivery scheduling to job sites coming soon.
    • Request a quote – Need something that isn’t on the site? Use our quote request feature to upload a file or simply write the products and quantities you are looking for. Someone from our sales team will contact you with an updated quote.
    • Contractor-specific features - Access your established volume-based pricing, organize orders by job site for better project management, and easily reorder frequently used items through saved lists and order history.
    • Complete contractor account management - Request quotes by uploading files or using online forms, and pay your outstanding invoices directly through the platform (Web Track payments remain available if preferred). 

 

Getting Started - Your In-Store Pick Up Shopping Experience 

1. Visit hpmhawaii.com and click “Shop Online” or visit shop.hpmhawaii.com.

2. Log in to site with your credentials or shop and checkout as a guest.

3. Choose your preferred HPM location.

4. Browse products by category or search for specific items.

5. Add products to your cart.

6. Select preferred pick-up day and notate if someone else is picking up the order for you.

7. Complete your purchase.

8. HPM will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

 

Have An Existing Account With Us?

    • The primary contact person who created your HPM account can visit shop.hpmhawaii.com/email-registration.
    • Register your email address and create a new password.
    • Complete the remaining information on the form including selecting “Business” Account and including your In-Store  Account Number to sync your online and in-store data.
    • Complete Registration. 
    • An authorized HPM owner-employee will receive and approve valid requests.

To ensure account security and proper access management, we need the company's primary contact person to designate which individuals in your company should have online ordering privileges. Please contact ecommerce@hpmhawaii.com with the following information for each authorized user:

            • Full name
            • Email address
            • Phone number
            • Role/title in your company 

Once we receive this information, we'll be able to update your business account accordingly. For any authorized purchaser changes on the go-forward, please submit a customer maintenance form found at www.hpmhawaii.com/accounts.

Can I shop at one store and pick up at another?

No. You can only purchase inventory available at the store you selected.

 

Can I order paint online?

Tinted paints are not available online. Please contact a paint specialist at your local HPM store.

 

How easy is it to find products?

Very! You can search by:

            • Product name
            • Manufacturer or HPM part number
            • Or browse by category

 

What if I’m a contractor or Pro customer?

You’ll enjoy additional features:

How do I request a quote?

Visit shop.hpmhawaii.com/request-a-quote or click the "Quote" option in the top right corner of shop.hpmhawaii.com

There are a few different ways to create a quote request, you can:

            • Add items from the online catalog.
            • Upload your spreadsheet or file.
            • Type your list in a free-form field.

A sales rep will follow up with a custom quote.

 

Can I see my volume-based pricing online?

Yes. If you're logged into a Pro account, you’ll see your final volume-based pricing (though the discount percentage won’t be shown).

 

Can I still use WebTrack?

Yes. You can continue using WebTrack or the new eComm site.
